Ice Cream Base Powders

Our ice cream base powders are complete blends that, when combined with water or milk and flavorings, can be used to produce ice creams and frozen desserts using either cold or hot processing methods.

Cold-processable ice cream base powders enable the production of creamy ice creams, creamy fruit ice creams, and creamy yogurt ice creams. These bases increase the viscosity of the finished product, providing a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel while also enhancing foamability, emulsion stability, and ice crystal formation.
Dosage: 1.0 kg base powder / 2.5 liters water or milk
