Additives to improve the texture of milk beverages of various fat content and flavours (chocolate, vanilla, caramel, fruit). They increase viscosity and enhance flavour. They also prevent the deposition of cocoa granules, as well as the separation of the finished product.

Our additives set the texture of dairy products congealed in cups and tanks to the required viscosity and creamy consistency. They allow the heat treatment of these products when finished or semi-finished, thereby lengthening their shelf lives and making the finished product syneresis-free. They increase the viscosity of fermented milk beverages, and provide them with a fuller taste, prevent the curd from separating from the whey and lengthening the products’ shelf lives.

Spreads (cream cheese, cottage cheese creams, whipped butter etc.)

Our additives make the texture of cottage cheese-, cheese- and fermented cream-based creams spreadable and syneresis-free. They enable the heat treatment of these products when finished or semi-finished, thereby lengthening their shelf lives.

Our additives ensure the required texture for products of various consistency (from creamy to cuttable). With regard to appearance, the end result is a glossy, homogeneous finished product. The additives also enable the production of processed cheese in a heat-stable form for use in bakery and meat products.

Additives that enable the production of puddings and dessert creams of various consistency (from creamy to form-stable). The finished product has great sensory qualities, a long shelf life and a stable texture. The additives which ensure that whipped creams and whipping creams are whippable, do not release liquids and that their foam is firm, allow for their various uses (as topping, etc.) They also ensure the moldability of glazed cottage cheese products, as well as the proper consistency of the cottage cheese desserts.
